YARN

To make this blanket I used 6 skeins of Red Heart Super Saver, 2 in each shade: 

  • Tea Leaf 
  • White
  • Carrot

HOOK

5.5 mm 

ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES

  • Yarn Needle
  • Scissors

NOTES

  • Beginning chain DOES NOT count as a stitch

ABBREVIATIONS (US TERMS)

  • ch – Chain
  • hdc – Half Double Crochet
  • blo – Back Loop Only

DIMENSIONS

My finished blanket measures approximately 45 inches wide and 60 inches tall.

It can easily be adjusted:

  • To adjust the width of the blanket add or omit stitches from your starting chain 
  • To adjust the length of the blanket add or omit any number of the repeated rows

PATTERN

In green, ch 151

ROW 1

  • hdc in the 2nd ch from your hook and each stitch across
  • ch 1, turn (150 hdc)

ROW 2 – 52

  • hdc in the blo of each stitch across
  • ch 1, turn (`150 hdc)

At the end of Row 52, fasten off with green and join white.

ROW 53 – 104

  • hdc in the blo of each stitch across
  • ch 1, turn (150 hdc)

At the end of Row 104, fasten off with white and join orange.

ROW 105 – 156

  • hdc in the blo of each stitch across
  • ch 1, turn (150 hdc)

Fasten off at the end of Row 156.

FINISHING

Weave in ends and enjoy!
