WOODEN HANDLES
The wooden handles I used were purchased HERE but you can use any wooden handles you like
NOTES
- Beginning chain DOES NOT count as a stitch
- You can use any yarn you like but using a different yarn will change the dimensions of your bag

DIMENSIONS
My finished bag measures approximately 10 inches tall and 12 inches wide.
It can easily be adjusted:
- To adjust the height of the bag add or omit any number of the repeated row
Begin with Magic Ring, ch 1
PATTERN
ROW 1
- hdc 9 into mr
- slst to first hdc (9 stitches)
ROW 2
- ch 1
- 2 hdc in each stitch around
- slst to beginning hdc (18 stitches)
ROW 3
- ch 1
- *hdc in next stitch, 2 hdc in next stitch*
- Repeat from * to * around
- slst to beginning hdc (27 stitches)
ROW 4
- ch 1
- hdc in next 2 stitches, 2 hdc in next stitch*
- Repeat from * to * around
- slst to beginning hdc (36 stitches)
ROW 5
- ch 1
- hdc in next 3 stitches, 2 hdc in next stitch*
- Repeat from * to * around
- slst to beginning hdc (45 stitches)
ROW 6
- ch 1
- hdc in next 4 stitches, 2 hdc in next stitch*
- Repeat from * to * around
- slst to beginning hdc (54 stitches)

Do not join, the body of the bag will be made in continuous rounds, use a removable stitch marker to keep track of your row count.
ROW 11 – 26
- hdc in each stitch around
At the end of row 26, slst to the first hdc in the row to join
ROW 27
- ch 1
- sc in each stitch around
- slst to beginning sc
FINISHING
Fasten off and weave in ends.
ATTACHING HANDLES
Using a tapestry needle and yarn, sew handles to your bag, one on each side.
