YARN
1 Caron Cake or Weight 4 yarn of your choice
NOTES
- Beginning chain DOES NOT count as a stitch
- I used a single Caron Cake to make both the scarf and the messy bun beanie, if you are using a Caron Cake, make the beanie first and use whatever yarn remains for the infinity scarf.
- Puff stitches are used in this pattern, a puff stitch is completed with a chain 1. In this pattern the puff stitch and completion chain 1 are both included in the puff stitch, the second chain 1 is in addition to the completion chain 1.

SPECIAL STITCHES
Puff Stitch (puff)
- Yarn over, insert hook into stitch and draw through stitch (3 loops on hook)
- Yarn over, insert hook into same the same stitch and draw through stitch (5 loops on hook)
- Repeat step 2 two more times ending with 9 loops on your hook
- Yarn over and pull through all loops on hook
- Chain 1

BRIM
With 5 mm hook ch 68, slip stitch into beginning ch to form a ring, being careful not to twist your ch.

DREAM PUFF INFINITY SCARF
NOTE: Hook size is not important, a larger hook makes a softer scarf, I recommend a 7.00 mm hook but you’re free to use whichever you are comfortable with keeping in mind that using a different hook size will change the length of your scarf slightly.
With 7 mm hook ch 140, slst to beginning ch to form a ring, being careful not to twist your chain.
ROW 1
- Ch 1
- *sc in first stitch, ch 1
- Skip next stitch
- puff in next stitch, ch 1*
- Repeat from * to * around
- slst into beginning sc
ROW 2
- Ch 1
- *puff into sc, ch 1, sc into next puff, ch 1*
- Repeat from * to * around
- slst into beginning puff
ROW 3
- Ch 1
- *sc into puff, ch 1, puff into next sc, ch 1*
- Repeat from * to * around
- slst into beginning sc
Repeat Rows 2 and 3 until you run out of yarn or your scarf reaches your desired width.
Fasten off and weave in ends!
