Apple Sack Produce Bag

SKILL LEVEL: ADVANCED BEGINNER

An ad free PDF version of this pattern can be purchased HERE

HOOK

5.5 mm

YARN

Weight 4 100% Cotton Yarn

I used approximately 180 Yards of Bernat Handicrafter to make the smaller bag and approximately 280 yards to make the larger bag.

I recommend using 100% cotton yarn to make this bag as cotton yarn does not stretch.

NOTES

  • Beginning chain may or may not count as a stitch

ABBREVIATIONS (US TERMS)

  • slst – Slip Stitch
  • ch – Chain
  • sc – Single Crochet
  • dc – Double Crochet

DIMENSIONS

Smaller bag measures approximately 8 inches tall and 8 inches wide.

Larger bag measures approximately 12 inches tall and 12 inches wide.

You can change the height of either bag by adding or omitting the repeated row.
